Until yesterday everything was fine. I was able to complete recaptcha. But when I tried searching something today, I couldn't do it because of the recaptcha. It was stuck on infinite loading. Every website I visited the problem was there. I tried fixing it from the tips I found in the forum here but nothing seems to work. I was frustrated. Then I tried Brave browser and it was working. Please help me fix this problem. Thank you.

the Ask to Save Website Passwords Option keeps Deselecting itself, it will not stay selected

Because of that, the Auto fill Username & Password fields do not populate.

I have already Uninstalled Firefox, removed all files from my system, deleted all Firefox App Data from my system, Reinstalled Firefox from Scratch, reconfigured all, but can not get this working correctly

Hello, Firefox randomly downloaded a file, with seemingly randomly name, that is 0 bytes and in download manager the source is moz-safe-about. It happened when I was accessing a popular wiki site. I opened the file in notepad, it was empty. I put it on virus total and came back negative, as it is an empty file. I've curbed through the support tickets here, using the keyphrase 'moz-safe-about'. I understand this was/is quite a common problem, but it still makes me quite worried and left a sour taste in my mouth, as I haven't understood any of the explanations. I have enabled firefox to ask me whenever it wants to save something (I have no idea why this isnt the default state). Happened on a somewhat fresh, updated win 11 installation. I'm also attaching more information here with a picture. Long story short: should I be worried? Am I overreacting and this is just some sort of a bug that occurred while getting a sites data? Firefox stop from 2 days ago read Google Recaptcha, from nothing.., Dev version to.. I have the last 126.0b8 and both not working, I try disable Tracking Protection and still, clean everything... spinning forever...

How do I get Firefox to stop suggesting my email address, city, state or other information on lines for logins or applications? I have turned off all the autofill selections in security and privacy and it still offers suggestions. I don't want any suggestions AT ALL.

Hi, I want to delete my acccount entirely and start fresh, I login to the website just fine, but when going to the "Delete Account" button I keep getting an "Incorrect Password" pop-up.

I've changed the password twice now, logged in just FINE, yet keep getting told I'm using the incorrect password when trying to delete my account.

I've tried on multiple different browsers now to delete the account and it's just not working.

I really wanted to swap over to Firefox but everytime I try, I get some insanely stupid issue that never ends up being resolved, I've found another thread from 2021 about this and they stated it never got fixed and they had to make a whole new email just to use the service.

So I have two different accounts for one website. However one of them I use very rarely, maybe once in 2-3 months the other one i use almost daily. Therefore I have saved both logins in Firefox and I can see them in my passwords.

The problem is that whenever I try to access the website, Firefox auto-fills the "second" account, the one i only use rarely. What this means is that instead of me being able to just press login i have to delete the username filled in by Firefox and select the other one. So what i would like to do is to maybe tell Mozilla that I want it to use the other account for auto-fill.

During my absence my house maid created a Google account for herself on my Firefox browser, which is confusing my browsing as it is also a default account. I wish to remove my maid's account but cannot find how. Please help. I am using Windows 10.

I have DNS over HTTPS enabled and set to Default Protection in Firefox.

According to the following article (https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/dns-over-https?as=u&utm_source=inproduct#w_why-would-a-network-tell-firefox-not-to-use-secure-dns) DNS over HTTPS should automatically switch to "Not Active" when connected to a VPN.

I am using the NordVPN CLI for linux and have found that when I connect to the VPN, Firefox DNS over HTTPS stays active and does not switch to "Not Active" like it is supposed to.

Does anyone know why this might be happening?

a webside is not avalable when i use Firefox as Browser. It hase a valid SSL-Certificate. When i use chrome, edge, opera or vivaldi i can open the webside normaly. Only Firefox does not work. How can i fix that?

I did allready reinstall Firefox and i tried different devices. But it still does not work.

My Windows Task Scheduler contains an entry called "Firefox Default Browser Agent". If I delete it, it returns. If I disable it, it re-enables itself. Can't be modified either. How do I turn it off permanently?

I already have telemetry and automatic updates both turned off.

I am trying to log in to the Tesco retail site, and get this message: Access Denied You don't have permission to access "http://www.tesco.com/account/login/en-GB?" on this server. Reference #18.26cc19b8.1700734342.438f9dd8 This is a new problem - it was working fine a week ago, and I have made no intentional changes to the Firefox settings. I went to the Settings: Enhanced Tracking Protection, changed it to Standard, and added the Tesco site as an exception (this was following the advice on some other "Access Denied" posts) but it made no difference - I still can't log in. Everything works fine on Chrome, but I would prefer to keep using Firefox if possible. Any suggestions? Thanks

I have no issue with any other site that I visit daily, and my co-workers are able to access that site so it is not down.

Is there something in my settings that is preventing me from viewing this site now?

I was using Lightspeed today, and the website pops up a confirmation dialog box (probably through JavaScript) so that you can confirm that you want to do a specific action. I got annoyed with the dialog and clicked the included "Don't allow this website to show prompts anymore" box when I hit OK. But now it won't perform any action that requires you to hit the OK in the prompt, so I need to make the dialogs come back so I can do my job. I can't find any setting anywhere in the browser that I have actually disabled or changed by hitting the box in that prompt.
