When I try to log into chase.com, I'm told my (FireFox) browser is out of date, but I am running the latest version. What can I do?

firefox is very slow, crash several times. i need to close and reopen.

it comes on average 2TB of Ram with 4-5 tabs open. version: 99.01 64 bit

I have searched for this answer and can't find it, so I am hoping that it isn't here already and I just can't find it because of the way I am asking in the search box.......I would like to unsubscribe from an e-mail newsletter I am getting, but there is no "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the e-mail like there is on most of them I do receive. Is there a way in the Moz://a web site that this can be done? I am using a "mask" e-mail address and have done an unsubscribe with a different e-mail newsletter, but this one, I am not able to do just a simple "Unsubscribe".

I use this site every week to purchase groceries for multiple people. Suddenly this week, I am disallowed from entering the site because of ad blockers or pop ups.

I have gone into Mozilla settings and included the Kroger address and an exception. I have cleared the cache. I have rebooted several times. Using Windows 11 laptop. I do not have any other browsers installed. I used AVG Security and Norton VPN, but nothing has changed since I last used Kroger.com.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

I was watching anime today on some site and my firefox was downloading many files without my knowledge into my download folder. I'm worried that it can be some viruses? This is a screenshoot. Should i be worried? Thank you for help.

Click on Contact The Village The page will come up to find the map near the bottom of the page. This map use to always pop up with the village map right away and no need to enter the name of the town.

IT'S MAKING ME CRAZY - so bad that I've even tried MS Edge! Ewwww.... I read in the HELP files and online that I should be able to change the config to 1/1 after unchecking option to let Firefox control things in my settings. However, it does not pop up the change config box - and, I later read that it is not available any longer. This is killing me! Thank you for helping!

My microphone does not work properly in Firefox, it sounds very low and bad.

I have a Corsair HS35 Stereo headset and my sound driver is Realtek HD Audio 2nd output.

I have tested my microphone in other browsers and other kind of applications like Google Chrome, Brave, Windows Voice Recorder, WhatsApp Desktop, etc. and the microphone works fine. It only works badly in Firefox.

I did the test with a portable version of Firefox, and, as with the installed version, the microphone was malfunctioning.

I've also noticed that Firefox lowers the microphone volume automatically (how do I prevent this?), yet even if I turn it all the way up it still sounds very low and bad.

What can I do about it?

I have used Firefox for years with my MSN/Outlook emails. Recently, something has changed that has caused typing emails to a nightmare. As I am typing the "system" is constantly suggesting text and I do not know how to remove that feature. Each time this happens I have to stop and either hit the tab key or fiddle around with the space bar to get past this problem and continue typing what I want to write. Also, as I am replying to an email, the "system" occasionally opens another email document and at the same time moves the email I am trying to respond to. It moves the email, not to trash, but to Archive. I never use the archive feature. How do I fix these problems. Something has obviously gotten changed in "settings" but I cannot figure out where or how to fix. The "suggested text" feature is disasterous and annoying and it has got to be removed somehow. Please help.

I want to be able to preview pdfs in firefox in a new tab without first downloading the file like it used to. But this version (99) of firefox won't allow me to do that. I tried selecting the "action" for pdfs in the applications section of settings to "open in firefox". What it does is preview the pdfs without downloading indeed but it previews it in the SAME tab which makes browsing more difficult. If I select "always ask", and then select "open with firefox" in the dialogue box, it opens the pdf to a new tab alright but it downloads the file FIRST. Is there a way around this please?

On Firefox for Windows (on Windows 11 release 99.0.1), the first setting in Settings is "Open previous windows and tabs". This is incorrect. It doesn't do this. When checked, upon startup, it will restore one window, its tabs, & maybe its sessions (?), and it will send all the other Windows & their tabs to the bit bucket.

Users: KNOW & HEED this warning! Team: Please take what you've already done for that window and merely do it also for the rest of them? In the mean time, please change the wording to something like "Open one of the windows and its tabs". Ideally, identify which window has been chosen for this.

Firefox only shows a black box when i try to run an embedded video. It works fine on other browsers, specifically Microsoft Edge. I ran it in troubleshooting mode which fixed the problem temporarily but reoccurs when computer is off and then turned on.

I love screenshot by Mozilla. However, recently in the last few months (not sure) when the change happened, the timezone (stamp) at the end of the screenshot is NOT based on the "local" PC that is using it. I am in EST but it shows a different time zone which creates a problem. Since Mozilla Online is China based entity, I believe it is showing their timezone. I checked the settings and I could not find where to change the timezone to local time. This is key for many users as we need a "correct" local timezone.

Previous versions had this feature (automatically) and I did not have to set it up. Can we have the option to change the timezone please? Thanks.

While using Yahoo email I tried to access the 'Notepad' page and get a message saying to Download a new version of Firefox to see the 'Calendar' even though I was trying for the 'Notepad' not the 'Calendar'. If I try for the 'Calendar' I initially get the small right-sidebar version fine but if I ask for the full page version I get the error message again. This does not happen if I access Yahoo through Chrome-browser. I have repeatedly done the download to no avail. (I have version 99.0.1). I am attaching a screenshot of the error message. Thanks for any help. No rush.

Since the latest firefox update I am no-longer able to log into my afterpay account. I can login using chrome. I have tried reinstalling firefox but this does not help the situation

When I use Firefox on my Mac, no matter what I have tried it keeps defaulting to the dreaded Bing Search Engine. I understand it has to do with Microsoft, but I don't use any of their products because I don't like them. In settings/search I can restore the default search engines & delete Bing, but it always reverts back to insisting on using Bing again. I have followed several threads about this issue without permanent resolution. Help??
