Apprantly Firefox updated last night. I still show all the names of my bookmarks but NONE of them have any information in them. Probably lost my passwords too.

Tried all the fixes shown in prior posts. This is unacceptable !

Recently Youtube refuses to play any videos for me, saying adblockers are against their rules. I have uninstalled Adblock, and reset firefox totally. Youtube is still blocking me. It works fine on Chrome. Do I have to switch to Chrome permanently?

Firefox bookmarks exported from old Windows PC to html file. File transferred to new Windows PC and imported into Firefox. 'Bookmarks Imported Successfully' message seen. However no bookmarks visible in Firefox bookmark menu. Suggestions please?

On mac I have been getting constant firefox crashes when in gmail after a minute or on other work sites. I have tried it in toubleshoot mode as well and it worked fine a little longer but still crashed. Crash IDs in attached image.

Recently have been unable to access the USPS Website from any of my Firefox Browsers. Firefox displays the following Message:

I changed my PC. Then i installed Firefox my new PC and login Firefox account. But my old PC's Firefox account all data will de deleted history passwords etc. It was looks like a new account. How can i restore my old data. My old PC was already formatted.

YouTube won't start playing in Firefox. No add-ons enabled. The page is fully loaded, but clicking on Play makes nothing.

The fix is to disable "User recommended performance settings" and then disable "User hardware acceleration when available".

The problem is that hardware acceleration is enabled by default. In Edge or Chrome hardware acceleration is also enabled but it won't break YouTube.

A tab for the Etsy website automatically appears every time FF starts up. How to stop this?

Just began after using the site a couple of times, but I did not indicate or click a setting on the Etsy site to ask for this.

All solution suggestions seem to be for pop-up ads, and don't work to block a website. Is there a way to block this?

while trying to stream a Live-Stream i unfortunately get the following error, while the stream is loading: "Playback cannot continue. No available working or supported playlists."

Is anybody else encountering this issue?

Have sold loads on Ebay using only Firefox as the browser. Tried to list another item a few days ago, and after entering the details on the first page (Item description and section to list it in) couldn't get beyond that page. The next page appeared not blank but as light grey filled rectangles where the text etc should be. Obviously tried reload. Same over the next day or so. In desperation, used Edge. No problems with that, using the same first page which Ebay had stored for me. Just tried again with Firefox - same fault.

when i have any of those 2 flags set to true it opens all links i middle click from firefox-view history all the way to left since firefox-view isn't a tab. I'd rather have it force them all to the right by default instead of it thinking i am not in a tab and have no tabs open

In error, I answered 'yes' to save an entry on a site to be my new login ID & pswd for that site. I want to get back to my original login ID & pswd. They told me I need to call my Browser FireFox to "get rid of my pre-saved login id & pswd". How do I do that? jerrybrown411@gmail.com

Firefox not responding to general websites on the web (Ex: Amazon.com, etc.). I have several Mozilla-recommended security extensions that may be working against my firefox connecting to these general-in-nature websites.

For the past couple of months I have been experiences tab crashes every day when watching a specific streaming service called wowtv, all my other tabs are fine and work flawlessly. Additionally, after restoring the tab or opening it anew it works again for the next few hours until the next crash occurs. Netflix, disney+ and others work fine as well. So far I have tried reinstalling firefox as well as try other browsers where said issue doesn't occur. I sadly don't have the error message or anything but the video freezes just before crashing, neither closing all tabs 'nor trying an older firefox version fixed it for me.

I am not able to navigate websites per the ADA Accessibility requirements using my FireFox browser. I have tested the same websites in Chrome and the TAB key is working correctly, but in my instance of Firefox it does not. I have a colleague who tested the same website in their Firefox browser and they are not experiencing a problem navigating the website using their keyboard TAB key.

I am on a Mac with most recent FF installed. Colleague was on a PC and tested in FF.

How can I get FF to work correctly on my Mac?

Please return the scroll bar to the proper width like in Win 10, like Chrome in Win 11. Who's the idiot that thinks tiny thin scroll bars are cool and easy to use? tf is wrong with you idiots. Don't offer me solutions. You are the solution. Update firefox, fix the damn scroll bar.
