Every time I go to my home page, a pop up asks wether I want to run or save r-sf.html. If I click run, nothing happens. I can save the file but clicking doesn't do anything either. What gives? Thanks for any info.

Normally, when I click on the "Logins" button on the Roboform toolbar, the toolbar displays the stored logins. After 41.0, all i get is a small square that doesn't show the logins.

Now, I have to re-load 41.0.3. That one still works.

p.s., the same problem exists in Cyberfox.

It doesnt matter were I click on the screen, it opens up a new tab. Most of the time it goes to Reimage website. I can click a link it opens a new tab for that link, but on the window i was using before it goes to another website or ad. I can be watching a video, and at some point it goes to a website with an ad on it. I've tried adding add-ons, changing the settings on the comptuer itself, doing that 'about:config' thing, unistalled it completely and reinstalled it. It still doesnt stop.

I havent been on any dodgy websites or installed anything i shouldnt have. It's literally a new computer, I may of got it last month, but becuase of all this, i've barely used it, prob less then 2 hours of web using. I need help :'(

When I change the header and footer settings while printing and check the print images and background boxes and print something when I go to print again the settings all revert back to the default settings. I have Last Used Settings chosen and it still reverts back to default settings. I can create a preset and use it but the settings I saved are not correct, they are the default settings. Please help.

Mozilla instructions say to use the Sync Button or Sync panel to access and sign in, but i don't have either on this computer. There's no problem on the other computer I'm trying to Sync with. I am signed in to Firefox on both computers.

I have a Samsung series 9 laptop running windows 7 home edition and my mouse pad is a synaptic product. My 2 finger scroll as well as the pinch and expand functions do not work with Mozilla. they work perfectly with ALL other programs and web browsers. the drivers have been updated and so has the computer. Please help

I am being told there is an important update/whatever to down load to my hard drive. It is from Spiral Media. Who are they? No reason is given as to why I should down load and I cannot find anything about them from search. Is this a legitimate download? What does it do? I do not want a drive corruption. I have all my usernames and passwords stored in firefox using a masterpassword. If I delete/clear all browsing history, cookies, and cache will that also delete my stored login information even though I am using a masterpassword for Firefox to save my information? I want all browsing history, cache, cookies to be erased when I exit firefox but I want to know if using masterpassword will prevent clearing those saved passwords.

Hello, I want to be able to synch my FF profile (mainly passwords, I am using a master pw) between different computers. I am thinking about using git and bitbucket / gitlab or similar service to do this. Anyone doing it this way? Any reason not to? Thank you

Up until about 2 weeks ago, I was able to send larger images (2 or 3MB) via email, and sometimes 2 or 3 at a time; my internet provider allows a total of 10MBs per email. Now I can only send files of approximately 475KBs or less. Same problem uploading images onto my website; I am unable to upload files I could before. I tested this on Safari and do not have the same problem in that browser...the larger files upload properly into my email and website. Any suggestions? I am used to Firefox and don't want to switch to Safari.

I have Windows 7 and Internet Explorer 10 plus Firefox. I heard around Jan. 16, 2016, Microsoft will no longer support updates for IE10. If I update now to IE11 and still use Firefox, will this screw up my PC? All info would be much appreciated.

When it first came out, it was causing a lot of problems in Gmail -- eliminating specific tabs. I reinstalled later and discovered it conflicts with the embedded links on Twitter which link only to blank pages unless True Key is disabled in which case it works fine. True key works fine with both gmail and twitter on Edge and Chrome browsers.

I am trying to find out why firefox is blocking ridgefieldmensclub.org - if I click through using the ignore this warning link, I do get through and no indication appears from my Norton Security. So, how do I find out why the block is coming up? Regards, Jim
