Now, A reply from "Paul" said this is a google issue and it is not. I have 3 gmails and I can't open one of my email accounts using Firefox but I can open it through Microsoft Edge. I have emailed Google about this so far I have been ignored so, when I discovered that it would open through Edge and Chrom this told me it's an issue with Firefox not google and the problem started with the last firefox update. So, I already know it's not an issue with google and I have no problem with my other email accounts just the one.

When I opening new webpage, for 1-2 second's i see white blank page (which is normal), the question is: how can I protect my eyes and change this default blank white color screen to something... darker?

Addon "Dark Reader" did not help.

Hello, I have an account with you and thought you would save all my data, bookmarks, etc... I had to RESET my computer, and when I signed back into my FF account, all my bookmarks were deleted. Help please.

Firefox effectively crashes every time they roll out an update. This has been going on for years and every option in the UI that seems to affect this behavior actually does nothing. The only solution seems to be writing some kind of JSON policy file that prevents automatic updates entirely. Why has this massive defect been present so long and why isn't the company interested in fixing it?

Last night I was on the 'Next.co.uk' website - I remember having to set up a new password because I had forgotten my old one, they sent a link to change it and then everything went wrong. I kept getting the message shown in the attached screenshot. This was on Firefox, tried Chrome and Safari using my Macbook Pro - same message came up again and again. Then tried my phone, same thing. Tried my husband's laptop, same again. I've read several articles but it's so complicated. I tried clearing the cookies & data for the website but it's still there. I'm not using a VPN.

I've also noticed a changed with my emails too, I used to be able to click on a link within my email and it would take me directly to a website but now I just get a blank firefox page.

Please can anyone help - I wanted to return an item to 'Next' but can't do it online as can't get onto their website.

The videos on YouTube work, but when I go to other pages I get this message, I already tried removing all the add-ons, the hardware acceleration, even doing a 0 installation and it still gives me the problem, and also in others devices with fedora, I get the same error.

Almost every site I go to with Firefox I get a "Warning This site has been reported as phishing". It can be a .gov site, a state DMV, or almost 90% of the sites I go to. How do I stop this other than to start using Chrome all the time, which I do not have this issue?

How do I make it stop requiring verification of a device I've been using for 5 years? I prefer Firefox to Safari in all other ways, but this is a time consuming repetitive problem.

Embedded videos play on Safari but not Firefox. When I looked at the previous questions about this they were addressed in June 2012. Apparently it is happening again, at least in my case. Maybe it happened with the last upgrade, I don't know, but I never had this problem before. Would appreciate any input. I haven't changed any of my settings. Thanks.

Got a new PC and all my sincronized data is gone.

Don't have the profile in the account, nor do i have the files that were on the computer.

Is there any way to recover this info?

I lost my authenticator app and am having to redo all of them. Since I don't have it, I had Firefox send me a conformation email so I could access my account. But they never came even after I waited and tried again.

checked both on my mail app and on the web like the support page suggested.  I also added "accounts@firefox.com" to my whitelist and checked my spam folder.

I am logged in to the app on my phone. But that too requires me to authenticate to access account settings. Also, I am pretty sure I have my phone number added - but have not been given that option.

Any help would be great.

Since the most recent upgrade, Firefox does not open properly. If I have a link in another doc that is supposed to take me to its page, Firefox will open, but only to the home page. I have to click on the link again in order to get it to open the page that the link is supposed to open. This happens with links in things like a Pages document, and also with links embedded in emails. This is new behavior. Why is this happening, and is there a fix for it?

I started getting screen flashes and then identifying pop up windows that go to adform dot com addresses, that are blocked on my computer so nothing other than a error shows up. Its annoying and random. I have checked security page and it says Block pop-up windows and this is blocked. Two exemptions are there which are acceptable. I have run virus checks on Bitdefender and Malwarebytes (Latest versions update) nothing is reported. - What is causing this and how do I stop it? After opening up the hidden window that flashes it tries different pages all fail then eventually the pop up window closes on its own.

Using latest version of Firefox browser 117.0.1 (64 bit) Don't get the pop ups on Google Chrome.
