When I go on Google's AI site Gemini, there is no scroll bar, so I can't scroll down for longer answers. I'm on a 2007 Mac with OS 10.11, using Firefox version 78 (I prefer not to upgrade owing to certain software I'm using). How can I get a scroll bar to appear on Gemini with what I have? BTW, when Gemini was called Bard, I didn't have this problem. Also BTW, checking the box "Always" under "Show scroll bar" in System Preferences doesn't help.

I keep getting this msg. will not open pages and will not restore "Gah. Your tab just crashed." I had to use EDGE to contact you will not open in fire fox. Please help. [telephone number] Steve Badaracco

We use primarily Thunderbird and Firefox (latest versions). Everything works normally except a site from Constant Contact (that tracks when a customer/client opens or clicks on an email. We normally use uBlock and the problem occurs with and without that extension installed. I'm stumped. Thanks for any helpful you can provide.

I have just discovered Pocket now allows you to sort Pocket Saves into Lists. !! Hurrah and thank you so much.

However, it would be SO HELPFUL if it was possible to sort the Lists alphabetically, as I now have so many it is difficult to find a particular List.

I realise this may be a development, but just thought I would check.

Also - I am not sure many people have realised you have added this ability to Pocket, so maybe you could advertise it more. I beleive a lot of people would prefer to use Firefox for saving Collections instead of other providers, but it was so confusing to use it before you added this capability. Thank you

When connecting to a http proxy with a username and a password it says "Proxy server refused connection"

When connect to the same http proxy and turn off its Authentication, it works.

Yesterday I clicked the download button "Download the latest version of Firefox", and restarted my laptop. After this my bookmarks disappeared and my only method to retrieve them was to restore my system back to an earlier time period. Now, I'm offered that same download but NO THANK YOU until I know I'll still have my data.

Hello, I have the fallowing issue with Firefox and the sound icon on taskbar in Windows 10 22h2, when Firefox is open and I click on the sound icon on the taskbar in Windows 10 22h2 the sound icon does not open, when Firefox is closed the issue is gone.

Any help to fix this issue would be great.

Hi,ey Since a while, whenever firefox starts lagging, the space key is registered after other keys are pressed. I.e. when i type something like "this is a test" i get something like "thisisat est"; the space key is taken into account but at some random moment after some other keys are taken into account. What couldbe the cause and what can I do to stop this ? Thanks ! Ted

After the most recent MAC OSX update ( ) all of my fonts in Firefox have changed to a weird arabic font or something. I've un-checked the "allow website to select font" option and gone so far as to completely uninstall and reinstall FF (removed cache, application data, etc).

If I can't figure out what the heck is going on, I'm about to ditch this and switch to Chrome. Please help. ScreenCap ScreenCap

YouTube won't start playing in Firefox. No add-ons enabled. The page is fully loaded, but clicking on Play makes nothing.

The fix is to disable "User recommended performance settings" and then disable "User hardware acceleration when available".

The problem is that hardware acceleration is enabled by default. In Edge or Chrome hardware acceleration is also enabled but it won't break YouTube.

Hi how do I i prevent Firefox from going into efficiency mode. When Firefox goes into efficiency mode it be comes slow and unresponsive. if I manually uncheck efficiency mode in task manager Firefox becomes quicker and less laggy until a few seconds to minutes later it goes back into it. The performance of Firefox in efficiency mode makes it almost unusable and can take up to a minute for it to start working again.

I use the read aloud function of Firefox regularly and it keeps skipping important parts of the texts! Attached is a screencap of the article I was reading today, the most recent example of this (https://www.analystnews.org/posts/to-understand-the-israel-palestine-conflict-start-with-these-two-simple-questions). I have highlighted the sentence the reader skipped. Do I have a setting not marked properly? What can be done to fix this?
