Hello there. Ever since the latest update (to 115.0.2), I've been experiences random crashes. It's only happening with these 2 sites: https://www.mapsofworld.com/ and https://www.buongiorno.sk/ (there may be more but I haven't discovered any others as of yet). I open the sites and FF immediately shuts down. And then, after I restart it, there are no crashes listed in the logs (about:crashes). I've tried everything. Cookies, cache, a "refresh", a fresh install and I've also checked my system and HDD for errors but nothing helped. Any idea what I should do? The problem seems to be on your side, not mine

When the zoom indicator was introduced in the URL bar, it could be removed with an option in the addon "classicthemerestorer". With a recent update, the indicator is back. How can we remove it now? I can only find information about it from 2017. Firefox is very good, but why are our screens filled up with tools that we cannot remove easily when we don't need them and they are annoying?

Hi Everyone, I've just installed (clean) version 115.0.2, and can't get back to my previous layout. The default engine is set to DuckDuckGo, and Privacy Essentials is installed too. Although the front page of FireFox shows a search box in the main body, when I type into it, the information is transferred to the DDG search box in the Toolbar. How can I get back to where things were before -- i.e. I could type into the main page box and DDG would happily search from there. Thank you,

I have login passwords on Firefox desktop but they are not showing in Firefox ios and sync everything is already enabled on both devices having common Firefox account

Sometimes when I go to weather.com I get a pop-up that says something to this affect: We've detected that Global Privacy Controls are turned Off yet they were turned On when you previously visited our site. This does not happen every time I go to weather.com. Sometimes it pops up, other times it does not. I think then if offers some buttons to click to turn it On. I just close the site and open it again. When I do sometimes this repeats and sometimes it doesn't. I know next to nothing about this. Firefox Settings it says its version 115.0.1 and that Firefox is up to date. I also have DuckDuckGo Essentials if that makes any difference.

Can we please reduce the size of the mandatory bars up top? Is the Fox going to be like Opera and the rest and make us leave? Why do they want half the screen? They took away the controls and then started making them fat. Right now I have 2/3 screen. Anybody have a solution? I know there is no explanation why they all do this. They never answer. Thanks.

See image. Why is some manual pages like this and others are normal. This has just started, and the Publication company told me to use chrome because this never happens there. I have less problems with firefox so i stay here but this just started after latest update.

Hi, I've been using Firefox for a long time. and for the past months it always crashes and I have to restart it every time I open a few tabs. How can I fix that and what additional information required?

Hey! New to mozilla support so sorry if this is a repeat ...

Problem - sometimes the browser window just closes ??

- On Windows 11 with all windows latest updates installed,

- with latest Firefox 115.01 

- all graphics updates installed - all antivirus scans are clean

(Possible it is when doing Windows shortcut keys like ctl-? but I'm not sure.)

When I restart firefox the old tabs/links (history) are not restored making me think it 'closed' and cleared history.

Is there a way to see if this this is 1) an actual browser crash or 2) a log to check for why it closed ?

When I enter something in "address line" or "search", Firefox flashes several windows before stopping. If I click on a item, it does it again and does not open the particular item.

Windows 10 Pro Laptop: Version 22H2, OS build 19045.3086

I have a Microsoft outlook.com email address that I use for my FF account. My authenticator email was setup in Authy without problem however FF does not accept its 2FA 6 digit code which makes me think the app may not be compatible with FF. My cell and laptop are setup to auto recognize location for time setting.

Would someone please explain to me WHY? all the support teams like HP tech support, Wordpress tech support most independent support teams want me to drop Firefox and install Chrome Edge ? Both want to take over my computer and things in those browsers are much harder to navigate to want different p/w etc. I am in the process of them doing so at present and I think it sucks plus I have to change a whole lot of other things just to access what is easy on Firefox...............DUH..........

I want Firefox to be my default Browser... but, as much as I love it, When I'm on Facebook it doesn't let me reply to messages from friends. Apparently hundreds of users have reported the same problem. Has anyone figured this out yet?

Im having an issue with firefox where the tabs keep crashing i cant go a day without the tabs crashing 50-60 times or even the browser itself crashing, ive tried relaunching without addons, with troubleshoot mode on, firefox on a different drive but, it is still crashing, i looked at the error logs and if im reading it right (im not at all knowledgeable in how to debug software) it is always crashing at a point where the module is none and the signature is an address value, I put screen shots of the error reports showing the numerous crashes, before I think its a hardware issue like a bad stick of ram (which i dont think cause i ran memtest 86 test overnight with no errors), a faulty motherboard, or god forbid a faulty cpu and start firing the parts cannon at the issue i want to rule out any software angles for the problem.
