Firefox updated today (11/30/23) to version 120. All of the shortcut icons on my start tab disappeared. I've tried to re-enter but they are not accepted. Please help!! I depended on these shortcuts for my work.

Still image quality good but videos are over-saturated in colour. Same videos in Chrome videos are not over-saturated. Many people have this issue but no solution in search results.

Can you be honest and address this?

On the Facebook desktop, the Firefox push notifications keep switching to off. I cannot see these notifications as a result, as you can see from the image where the information is blank. I have tried everything possible to fix this issue, but it remains. Any help in fixing this issue would be appreciated.

Is Firefox aware that when authoring e-mail in Microsoft Word, then copying them into the BT e-mail, all the control characters are transferred with it the ASCII text. I have checked with other people, and it is not just my machine. I now have to copy the e-mail into notepad first then copy to email, to just get the ASCII characters in the email.

I've read a few old threads and checked both the DRM setting and the "-Vine" as they recommended. Still no luck getting it to work. I'm posting yet another thread about this here because I'm getting a bit frustrated, frankly. Firefox is my favorite browser by far, I just wonder if anyone has found another way to fix this.

I have been accessing my Virgin media account for years from the Firefox browser. I like to access my email from Firefox. But now it won't work. However I can get into Virgin media straightforwardly from Microsoft Edge. I've tried clearing the cache (though I don't know if I did correctly) but it's made no difference to the Virgin problem.

when I'm on sites playing games, i.e. face book, I keep getting this across the bottom of my screen:

How can I disable it? I can't take a screen shot because if I place my mouse on it, it skips to another place on my screen.

whenever I am on Amazon.com the search window constantly fills with "solo con tu pareja," a movie I once watched. When searching for an item and even when trying to buy something the search window constantly fills with this phrase. This only happens using Firefox browser I've tried clearing cache, re-setting, etc. and while I got it to stop once, as soon as I re-started computer the problem came back.

I have a problem with signing in to my youtube account('s) it tells me that i dont have access anymore.

I tried some fixes like clearing cache, history, proxy and other things you can try. But it still doesnt work

account is fine i can login on other browsers but i think firefox is the best one out there so used to it.

anyone know a fix that might help?

I normally have multiple FF windows open on multiple desktops. After a restart all of a sudden every time I create a new desktop, FF duplicates browser. If I open a new FF Window it will automatically appear across all open desktops.

Tried pretty much everything: Multiple restarts Cleared Cache Refresh Firefox General Settings changes

HOW DO I STOP the background from being black? I can't read the URL i am selecting to copy in the URL address box. In prior versions, the use systems color option used to work. Now it doesn't. Plus the pull down that shows up is the most god awful seaform green i've ever seen. I WANT MY SYSTEM COLORS BACK

Hello, I cannot get videos to go into full screen in FF as they used to before latest update. Tested on various sites. There are no controls shown on YouTube unless i either hide the taskbar or scroll down both of which is a nuisance. On some sites the task bar stays at the bottom which it didn't used to do. link text
