Recently (in the last 2 weeks or so) when I go to the Web app of my password keeper, Dashlane, I am not able to click on the drop down box "My Account" and get any response - nothing happens. I have multiple Dashlane Friends & Family accounts that I switch between frequently. I have to go back to the icon on my toolbar in order to log out. This is happening on all 3 of my computers.

The weird thing is that when I use Chrome, open the web app and click the "My Account" box on all 3 computers, Dashlane works perfectly. Is there an issue that has been created by your recent update to Firefox?

Please help. It's very frustrating.

Hello, I need help to know how to limit the shortcuts of the visited sites to those that I use ordinarily and not to all and also how to ensure that the dark mode remains and I do not have to correct it every time I open the browser. When I left-click on text and hold the left mouse button, then right-click, first release the right button, then the left button, a "selection mode" is activated, where the end of the selection follows the mouse pointer despite no button is held. In principle this looks like a useful feature (or it would if the scroll wheel worked in that mode, which it doesn't). But at the same time, the context menu opens when the right button is released. So we trigger two features at once, making both less useful, because they're getting in each other's way.

This frequently happens to me when double clicking on a word and right clicking to open the context menu on it. Accidental overlap of the left and right clicks triggers the selection mode.

Can this behaviour be configured (e.g. to use a custom shortcut) or, if not, be deactivated entirely?

I'm using Firefox 123.0.1 on Linux (openSUSE Tumbleweed).

The Bookmarks Gadget (under Add Gadgets) appears to have been hijacked. I have dozens of bookmarks and now every single one of them redirects me to https://12jav.net/. I tried clearing all browsing data, logging out/in, and reinstalling the gadget. It seems to have happened after installing the latest version of Firefox, and reverting to an earlier version did not help either. Can you please look into this? Thank you.

Using Ebay, I can simply no longer view "sold/completed" items (not talking about my own items). I've been using Ebay and Firefox for many years. Just recently it does not allow me to see the sold items. On my wife's computer (right along side mine) hers works. I contacted Ebay, they say the problem is not on their side. I tried using another browser and it does work correctly. - I do not want to switch from Firefox as my main browser. I even uninstalled Firefox and re-installed it but got the same result. Can you help?

All of my windows and tabs are gone. Dozens of windows each with a dozen or more tabs. History shows many items older that 6 months . but does not remember any previous sessions.

Hi All I have firefox 123.0.1 and don't have widevine! my OS is NetBSD 10 what's the best/easy'ish way to add this as channel 4 & 5 UK broadcaster require widevine installed and I can't find in the add-ons widevine!!!!

I've got a set of core bookmark folders set up. When I'm in a window with all tabs open in that folder, how can I update the tabs without manually having to go to each one that is new? It would seem a horrible task to have to compare which tabs are already saved in the folder, to whichever new ones I've added! Thank you!

I have cleared cookies, cache, temp files, updated, no translation settings are enabled. repaired and even removed and installed Firefox again. When I click on my Google mail quick button or even just type the URL in to get to my mail. The language displayed appears to be Chinese? The URL for the site shows "zh-cn" I'm in the US, no VPN, no proxy.

Additional troubleshooting:

Tested with Chrome and it appears to be working fine.

I am sick and tired of Firefox denying me access to common store websites. How do I turn off your firewall? I want to shop on Lowes.com and I cannot get access. Firefox is proving recently to be more of a problem than an asset.

I can't access hulu from firefox - it happened last night - but can access it from chrome. I get "we encountered error in switching profiles" message. When I contacted hulu they suggested it was a problem with firefox not being updated but it is . Please help
