Hi. I can't watch a video on any website after updating my android app to v.(126.0 I think) because it plays Stuttery and laggy. I don't have much tab open, mainly 2 or 3 and incognito mode doesn't makes any difference. Still videos play laggy as if it's on low fps. The recent update to v126.0.1 didn't fix it either. My phone is galaxy s21 ultra if it matters.

I can't remember when this problem started, but the volume dips down for maybe 1-2 seconds shortly after the start of anything with sound, like YouTube videos and MP3s embedded in a website. On the same phone with Chrome, the problem does not happen.

Your new update has possibly screwed my private tavs opening data because private tabs no longer open when I use the firefox IOS website for my Iphone and it is quite annoying since I had a lot of private tabs open before this incident occurred Can I please get a response on how to fix this annoying problem by the firefox team and when an update will occur to fix it this from this 127.0 New Update of yours please fix the private tabs from closing on my IOS Iphone device it is quite annoying when I fully exit the app or give me an idea how to fix it.

I'm running Firefox on Android 13 (Phone is Poco x3 pro). Running version 126.0.1

As soon as I tab out of Firefox and go to another application, for example, a 2FA app or ProtonPass to retrieve a password, then go back to Firefox, the tab will reload.

This basically means that I'm unable to log in to any site which requires 2FA or where I don't know the password by heart.

The phone has 6 GB of ram and I've set Firefox to have no battery restrictions, yet it's not helping.

I don't know what's causing this, but surely this can't be intentional? I've had to go back to Chrome because I'm literally unable to log into most websites.

I've tried reinstalling but no change. I deactivated all extensions (ublock & privacy badger) but that didn't help either.

I'm uploading this on chrome.

The add function does not let me add photos or videos to any website requiring photos or videos for evidence. The "Add Photos (optional)" only says allow but does not upload photo. All permissions are allowed on Oneplus 12.

When I click on a web push notification in Firefox on Android, the link in the notification does not open. If no page is previously open in the browser, a blank tab appears. If another page is open, that page is displayed.

I updated the iOS app today and it closed all my tabs in private browsing mode and will not keep any open. It also will not default to private browsing anymore even if I open a link from a private window. The help pages list settings that do not exist. Please advise

For the past month or so, when scrolling on Facebook, everytime I stopped momentarily to look at a post, when I continued scrolling, the post would reappear. Mildly annoying. Starting today, however, when I scroll down a few posts, it takes me back up to the top of the page. Any solutions would be appreciated. Thanks.

I just switched over from Chrome and am setting up my browser, and it seems I cannot select my country for an Address in Autofill? Wtf is that about? I'm an American who lives in Australia (dunno if it matters but I use US English) and my residence is in Australia. But the only two countries selectable are US & Canada... As if there are no other countries out there in the world where people live. How do I fix this? It's incredibly frustrating not to have, and makes zero sense to me why it would be a restriction - I have never seen any other use of countries in a form where it is restricted.

I use Firefox on my Mac and windows. Recently downloaded Firefox for the first time on ipad. Worked well for the sites that I opened for 15 minutes. Opened at max 4 tabs. Then I was crossing out the opened tabs, it crashed when the last open tab was closed. Tried again, and same thing. Since this is my behavior for every session, this could not continue, and I had to uninstall it from the iPad.

I have a Blackview Tab16 (10" screen), which I bought last year; it was running Firefox quite happily until a couple of months ago. Now when I click on the icon, I get a sort of 'welcome' screen (with some message about a search widget?) for a fraction of a second, then FF closes and I get an error message saying 'Sorry. Firefox had a problem and crashed.' The version of FF is 126.0. I was told to try clearing the cache, but there is nothing there to clear! The tablet is running Android 12 / DoKe OS V3.0.

I have an 8" Blackview tablet which - despite needing to be plugged in to run all the time! - opens & runs Firefox perfectly happily. It's my main browser on my MacBook as well, and will run on my iPhone.

As per the title, but only on a few websites, Firefox gets stuck in a neverending loop of trying to load. The page never shows at all, just a white screen and a rapidly moving loading bar at the top of the screen that gets 90% of the way across to the right then restarts.

I've tried clearing the cash, browsing history, opening the pages in incognito, etc, etc, nothing seems to work.

I have problems logging into digital account for national newspaper app (inews.com)on my phone. I can log in fine on my PC (using identical usename & pwd.) Problem seems to be either Firefox or tinypass.com. Does this sound familiar to anyone? Any suggestions? Would be grovellingly grateful for any advice.

I am experiencing an issue where the Firefox browser on my Xiaomi Redmi 13C device running the HyperOS Android 14 operating system is consuming a very high amount of system resources, particularly CPU and RAM. This is causing my device to heat up significantly and draining the battery life at a faster rate.The specific problems I'm facing are: 1.Firefox requires special permissions and settings to function properly on my Xiaomi Redmi 13C device with HyperOS, such as exempting it from battery restrictions or granting it "autostart" permissions. I have tried various troubleshooting steps, such as clearing the app's cache and data, using a lighter version of Firefox, and checking for updates, but the issue persists. I would appreciate if the Firefox support team could investigate this problem and provide any guidance or solutions to resolve the high system resource usage on my Xiaomi Redmi 13C device running the HyperOS Android 14 operating system.
