I was having trouble with flash player not working and decided to uninstall Firefox. ADD/REMOVE Programs cannot remove it. It says: "An error occurred when trying to remove Mozilla Firefox (3.6.16). It may have already been uninstalled." I also cannot delete the Mozilla Firefox folder from Program Files. Lastly, I cannot install a new copy of Firefox. The wizard crashes and says:"Your computer must be restarted to complete a previous uninstall of Firefox. Do you want to reboot now?" Rebooting does not fix the problem.
