Had a problem with firefox 4.0. followed a web site instructions-- removed profiles from both login accounts on laptop. Re-installed firefox 4.0. Main/administrator account where I installed firefox 4.0 installed correctly and starts up. Second account, get the error: "Firefox is already running. To open a new window you must first close the existing Firefox, or restart your system." I restarted firefox, same error. I read about the parentlock, but on second account there is no profile, so i can not delete the lock file. How to I recreate a profile for second account. thanks
