Firefox on my one AIR computer works fine But for last couple days not on my other comouter, it says account disconnected. I am using a lap topp, NOphone. One hint: Tried to install on Nov 12. Message continues to say "Install Pending". Thank you

Firefox is working fine on my one AIR (i.e. this) computer.. On other AIR computer, Last several days it has not worked. Accepts my password but can not access internet.
