hello support team. after updating Firefox to latest 159.0 i faced crash error to opening some sites like www.digikala.com and so on. i want to ask you what should i do ? earlier i can use every sites and i uninstall completely and install again . nothing fix. so please help me to solve this issue. thanks

I used to use Firefox when teaching and now use Officer for other uses. I wish to use Firefox but do not have Windows 11 on my computer. I tried to watch and take part in on on-line class but not gain access because I had to have Microsoft Google Meet and also Firefox for the broadcast from the University of Wisconsin-Madison Independent On-Line Plato program. I am trying to get access to the course that I am enrolled in, Legacy Of South Chicago's South Side". I am a registered of the Plato program and 74 years old.

Please assist me to use Office Edge/Firefox so I can take the course and future Plato classes. I was a social studies and guidance counselor for 30 years before retiring as an educator.

Hi, I am on a Dell I9 laptop with 32GB memory and using W11. In Firefox(long-time user) I pick Google as the search engine but when I search for a topic - say BA,com - Firefox produces a google page 'Before you continue to Google' which is their cookie page and it does not scroll so I cannot make a choice of cookie preferences and therefore cannot pass the page. Likely this is a Google problem but I cannot report to Google. Why not you may ask.? Well to do that you must be able to conduct a google search and access a feedback facility. But as I cannot search, I cannot Report, Catch 22 - stupid loop - but a perfect way to cripple access to Google Search. Other search engines work OK in Firefox. Same problem in Chrome! - so do not despair, but remarkably, no problem with MS Edge.

I wondered if you could alert Google to this user problem - most people want to use Google Search - I have always used it over many years.

When I go to globeandmail.com I see the main page briefly, and then it disappears and only a blank white page shows. If I quickly click on an article before it turns white, I get the article so my login works. But the landing page does not stay stable, This is the only site that is giving me the issue and I can load globeandmail.com fine in Chrome.

when I open Ridge View bank web site gets is added to the url "/overview" and causes a page not found . Actual url returned https://accountview.lpl.com/web/pagenotfound?URL=%2Foverview

This is the URL that is entered.: https://accountview.lpl.com

This only happens the first time the web site is accessed.

Closing the error page and reentering the url and the web page loads successfully. This will happen again after an elapsed time. Any one have any idea on where the "overview is coming from.?

I believe this started happening when I updated Firefox to 160.0b

For some weks now - and INCREASINGLY - I cannot go quickly to Ebay as receive the ERROR Message below. I have to literally try again sometimes several times to get 'Past' this Error block. This does NOT happen at all when using Google Chrome, just Firefox!! Is there some deliberate action here with 'forcing' the public to use Chrome rather than anyone else???

Has anyone else experienced such an issue?

I asked for help recently regarding the fact I increasingly (a dozen times a day !) am having problems when trying to access Ebay when using Firefox as my Browser. I had many suggestions replying along the lines of my Brower being out of date (it isn;t? ), or that I am stil using Windows 7, and others along various possibilities, but the key point please is that I wonder if there is a some sort of 'Link' between Google and Ebay in trying to 'push' customers into using Chrome rather than Firefox??? The key issue is that this problem does NOT happen AT ALL when using Chrome. The typical message I repeatedly get back from Ebay is below: (Trying to contact them for information is a joke) Many thanks, Richard

Updated Firefox browser for desktop on Mac to 158.0 on 10/15/26

On 10/14/26 using previous Firefox version 157.0 on Amazon.com Prime Video section, pages would load properly and videos could be played properly.

10/15/26 using updated version on Amazon.com Prime Video section, page would initially load properly only to later freeze. Videos could not be played. And freezing could not be corrected unless closing the tab on the browser.

10/15/26 using Safari browser on Amazon.com Prime video section, pages loaded properly and videos played properly.

Clearing cache and site data on updated version of Firefox did not have any effect. Pages continued to freeze and videos unplayable when starting over and navigating to the relevant pages.

Steps to reproduce:

go to amazon.com login to account go to prime video page

expected results video selection appears and user can select and play videos

actual result video selection appear but freezes after a second or two,. videos cannot be played

Repro rate 5/5

Other information Other amazon pages like whole foods and home page and Subscribe & save not affected Just Prime Video page affected

Until a week or two ago, Amazon Prime Video worked without a problem in my Firefox browser. Now I cannot get Prime Video to open any show (the play button keeps spinning and is not clickable). The website is unresponsive as well, although it loads. Here is what I have already done for troubleshooting.

1. Updated Firefox to latest version. 2. Cleared cache and cookies. 3. Checked for hardware acceleration issues. 4. Disabled IPv6. 5. Tested in Private mode with all add-ons disabled. 6. Disabled Enhanced tracking protection.

This is an issue with Firefox since Prime Video works fine on other browsers.

when i goto www.futbin.com i get the following message " Oops, there was an error - 403. Your client does not have permission to access this page at this time. Please try again at in a few minutes. "

this website works on other browsers but not firefox- please help as mozilla support have said its a vpn issue but i dont have vpn turned on so please help-thanks in advance

Running a Dell computer w/ Windows 11. More & more web pages do not load properly in Firefox v. 158.0.1. I am updating to v 159.0, now.

Is there anything I can do to retain the functionality of Firefox, when accessing these new web pages?

I've used Firefox since the beta version & prefer it. However, because more web sites no longer load correctly, I will have to change my browser, perhaps to the DuckDuckGo browser. I detest Bing & refuse to use it. Chrome is rapidly following Bing into that category.

I’ve noticed a strange problem in Firefox where some images on a website don’t always load the first time. The page itself loads normally, but occasionally a few product images are just blank. Refreshing the page usually makes them appear. I’ve been noticing this while working on a site I maintain, for example on some of the product pages here https://emcindustrial.com

What’s odd is that I can’t seem to reproduce it consistently. The same pages work normally in Chrome and Edge, and sometimes Firefox loads everything perfectly too. I’ve already tried clearing the cache and checking with extensions disabled, but I’m still seeing it occasionally.

Does anyone have any idea what could cause Firefox to load the page but fail to load individual images? Is there something specific I should check in the Network or Console tools when it happens? 1st image is what's showing on firefox, 2nd is how it should be ( showing on chrome)

why is youtube.com so very slow to load (and youtube videos as well). running on current windows11 and firefox releases. does not run this slow on other browsers!!!!!

Why have amazon prime videos stopped working with firefox and how can I fix it?. It was working last week and suddenly stopped. Now all attempts to play videos are met with a permanent Amazon hourglass.

Using Firefox browser is resulting in a message that states that Firefox is not operable with mail.fcconnexion.net. Your info is stating that there is a problem with the website. If that is the case then why using Microsoft Edge or Chrome allows access?

Cookies und Browserdaten wurden gelöscht, die Einstellungen stehen auf Standard. Auf dem Smartphone unter Android 13 funktioniert es ebenfalls nicht unter Firefox- und Samsung-Browser. Nur im Edge-Browser funktioniert es auf dem Notebook.

im using voice contributor at Babel. Currently, Babel has default browser which is Chrome, however i disinstalled her because it no longer compatible with Macbook BigSur Model, Firefox is the friendly neighborhood im using right now, how ever, im experiencing hiss & fiss, where in a complete set of noise coming out to my mic, i cant record properly my voice for Babel. So Firefox, do you have any recommendation for this? thanks
