When I open Yahoo mail I often get headings but no message but the message is there when I use Safari - Yahoo cannot help

When I open Yahoo mail, I frequently get headings but no message, but the message is there on Safari. I have gone through the chat room at yahoo and they did not find the problem when they accessed the account (but it is random). Any suggestions? (Yahoo went through cookies, add-ons etc -all the usual.) I am not providing the URL because that may allow people into my e-mail account, but it is yahoo mail

That issue is caused by the Adblock Plus extension

Start Firefox in Use Troubleshoot Mode in Firefox to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
