Can't log in on this site: www.cincinnati.com
There is an area right below the banners and menu items where I should see a message to allow a login. It doesn't appear. I've checked with the site and they know of no problems plus I can also log in on the same PC using IE.

That login area is missing if you have disabled or block JavaScript settings and preferences for interactive web pages on that page.
Start Firefox in Use Troubleshoot Mode in Firefox to check if one of your add-ons is causing your problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).
- Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.
See Troubleshoot extensions, themes and hardware acceleration issues to solve common Firefox problems and Troubleshoot issues with plugins like Flash or Java to fix common Firefox problems
Other things that need attention:
Your above posted system details show outdated plugin(s) with known security and stability risks that you should update.

I do not have Javascript disabled or blocked. However I do not have any of the Advanced settings checked.
How do I "Start Firefox in Safe Mode?" Do you mean for me to boot the PC in Safe Mode and then start Firefox?
Thanks.
Turns out this problem is apparently a conflict with the addon Adblock. When I disable Adblock for the page, Ii am able to login to the site.
