Cannot send email via Thuinderbird for a blueyonder email address

I have several accounts set up via Thunderbird, blueyonder (old Virgin), virginmedia, hotmail and gmail and I can receive email on all of them and send email on all of then except my main default blueyonder account, though other blueyonder ones DO work. have tried every solution in the help article but none work.

Just to expand I get an error message saying it cannot verify it
