have signed in to firefox and all my bookmarks are missing and all my saved tabs at the top are gone. I gone through all the 'fix's' on your help page and NONE of them have helped, let alone restored my bookmarks and tabs. What do I do?

What do you mean; signed in to Firefox ?

Your bookmarks are missing? Did you have an idea of what happen?

Look on your desk top. Is there a folder called Old Firefox?
