Wouldn't it make sense to include a forum topic or other means for users to submit constructive suggestions?
Unless I've simply failed to find to find such a facility, it seems that there are no dedicated channels or topics through which sensible and constructive suggestions can be submitted. Surely, monitoring and sifting through such ideas might yield 'food for thought' among developers, all of which could contribute to improving both the function, performance and appeal of Mozilla products? I'm not even sure whether I'm posting under the most appropriate topic, which perhaps underlines my point!

In theory yes this isn't the place but this is really only a user forum, so it does not really upset the cart.
There is a place though for exactly your ideas :)
