I paid for an annual VPN subscription. But when I cancelled it, I noticed I never got refunded, and the card number is completely different than what I used for the purchase.

Earlier. I purchased the annual subscription for Mozila's VPN. But after finding out it impacted my browser's performance negatively, I tried to cancel it. It got cancelled. But I haven't been refunded yet, and noticed that the card number on the receipt is completely different than the one I used, in fact. None of my cards have the number shown.

Mozilla VPN is one of Mozilla's premium products. In order to get premium support from a dedicated agent, please submit your question with your Mozilla VPN app by going to Settings > Help > Contact Support. Alternatively, you can sign in to the Mozilla account connected to your subscription here (if not already) and then use this link.

Normally you would contact support the above way however if you did indeed cancel the subscription then the form link with not work.

I have PM'd a staff that should hopefully help you get the refund.
