Why? Are you having an issue with Firefox? More details please.

You seem to be referring to Firefox Focus for iOS.

One of the functionality of Focus is "burn after reading" (the "trashcan" icon), and that is exposed to the system actions — so what Siri means was probably "Erase" the existing browsing session and history, or "Erase and Open" to get you a freshly wiped browsing session to get a clean start.
