I can't get into my email. It is Mozilla Thunderbird. I had lost connection with the Internet. I called a man who works on computers. He said a cable was not attached. he re=attached it and left. Now I cannot access email. Virginia Taylor ginny.taylor1943@gmail.com

What you described appears to be a technical process. If you cannot access the internet, you may need to contact your internet provider.
