I can't log into my spectrum account unless I put firefox into troubleshoot mode.

If you able to login with troubleshooting mode that means one or more Addon is causing the login issues. You will have to turn on/off each Addon one at a time and go to the next one and find which is causing the login issues. And if it's a Addon then you need to remove it and find another similar Addon to it that will work with your login.
