My web app has a confirmation box that appears when a paying subscriber is removing or deleting items. A firefox user is not seeing these boxes. help.
Is there a setting in firefox that disables these confirmation boxes? If so, how can I access it or help this user access it to enable my site's dialogue boxes? These boxes are required to perform certain actions.

Example of the normal screen to what is seen in FF?
the image I've uploaded is what most users see in any browser. Just a confirmation box. This user was seeing this box, but he's no longer able to see it. I'm assuming he's disabled it.
