Any possible way to remove the firefox search after long pressing the home button?

so my phone most of the time after i press the home button the firefox search pops up and wont let me get to my actual homescreen and it take a few presses to get back to the homescreen i tried removing it from the default "complete action using" by going to the default application but it does not appear. if please if there is any way to remove it without uninstalling the app please and thank you

D_Angel, setting the default app for the home button may remove this.
