Chosen solution

Solved. The 'error' message was a login for OneNote. I suspect that Windows Update set OneNote as the first option in the list of printers. I deleted the OneNote virtual printer. Voila! GB

Can you post a screenshot of that message? I have never seen it and it does not seem to be related to Thunderbird. Thank you
