gContactSync
I have been a user of Thunderbird for several years and have synchronised my Address Book with my Google Contacts using gContactSync. I have just had my computer cleaned up and Windows 10 reinstalled. As part of this exercise, my Thunderbird is now at Iss 78.3.1. When I try to install gContactSync as an Add-On, it tells me it is not compatible with this issue of Thunderbird. I am not very computer literate. Help!

Install these two add-ons:
https://addons.thunderbird.net/en-us/thunderbird/addon/tbsync/
https://addons.thunderbird.net/en-us/thunderbird/addon/dav-4-tbsync/
Then sync with the Google Address Book starting from the TbSync settings option under Tools (press Alt if the Menu Bar with Tools is hidden).
