Can I set the default email in the Global inbox so that when I write an email it is from that account?

When I compose an email, I would like a certain email account to be the default "from" account. I need to change the default to a different account - how do I do that?

where Thunderbird uses a "default" it is set in the outgoing server (SMTP) entry under account settings.
