Hi Godaddy emailed a link to me to opt in to a certain fuction. The email they sent was to have a link and a graphic button to click on to submit the information . When i received the email from goddady all that was in it was who it was from and text of date ect nothing else no graphics just a blank white page on my screen. We went back and forth they sent and resent still nothing came thru no graphics and button to submit with. Just a white screen. What can i do?

Are they using javascrip or VBScript in the email. If so they need to depend on a secure method not using scripts as Thunderbird does not allow scripts. They represent an unacceptable security risk.
