Accessing firefox menu from Android TV

I have an LED TV that runs Android 4.4. I've installed firefox for android on the same. I want to install some firefox addons but unfortunately i'm not able to get to the settings page for doing the same. The remote that comes with the TV simply does not have a way to access the settings menu in firefox. How do I access the firefox menu in this situation? Pls help...

How about installing Extensions from https://addons.mozilla.org/android/ ?

Nope. Not able to install any extensions too....
