How can I reinstall FirefoxOS on Alcatel One Touch Fire E?
All my icons and menu options have disappeared. The phone does work, as in I can randomly tap and some things load partially. Restarting doesn't help and I can't reset factory settings, as the OK button doesn't work :) So, I've figured out reinstalling the system might help.

You can do a Hard Reset or Reset Factory from Settings menu.

I can't reset factory settings - the OK button to confirm the action doesn't activate it; it just toggles the visual states of the button.
