Does Gaia store sent mail?
I'm using Gaia and IMAP on Firefox 2.0.0.0.
The client doesn't appear to store sent mail anywhere, and there aren't any settings (I'm looking at the IMAP settings -- I only see Host and Port) to let me set a folder to save to. Is Gaia putting sent mail anyplace?
Chosen solution
I have gecko 2.2.0.0 and this does not seem to be an issue on the new OS.

Hi amandabee,
I understand that you are having trouble accessing the "Sent" folder from your Firefox OS device.
I have my email connected to Gmail via IMAP and I am able to see the "Sent" folder and access it. Is this what you are referring to?
There may be an option in the settings of your email provider to enable or disable the "Sent" folder to be displayed.
Please let us know if this resolves your problem, or if you continue to have issues.
Thanks, - Ralph
Not quite. I have a "Sent" folder, I can view it and see, within it, all the messages I've sent from other mail clients.
But messages I send using Gaia are not being stored in my Sent folder, nor are they being stored anywhere else, as far as I can tell.
Looks like this is a known issue, though https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=802359

That bug was resolved over 2 years ago, so you shouldn't be experiencing that issue.
What do you mean when you say "messages that are sent using Gaia"?
