I know the addon will allow you to reorder the accounts, so you could put 'Local Folders' above another mail account. It will also allow you to resort the folders within an account.

So if you have a Pop mail account that uses the 'Global Inbox' setup, then it should allow you to move the Outbox position within that special account.

But as the 'Outbox' is a 'Local Folder' folder, I'm not certain that you can move it out of 'Local Folders' and reposition into another account.

The method of moving folders is done via the Menu Bar. 'Tools' > 'Manually Sort Folders' Select the folder and use the 'Move up' or 'Move down' buttons. Then click on the 'Refresh folderpane' button to display the new sort order.

I installed the add-on. I closed TB and opened it again. I immediately attempted to re-order the folders by drag and drop. no change.
