I am using Windows 11 on both my desktop and laptop. I began using vertical tabs a ways back. On my desktop I am able to scroll through the active vertical tabs with the mouse. But, I am unable to scroll the vertical tabs on my laptop. I have compared the Firefox settings on both computers and have been unable to find any settings that are different which could be applicable.

It seems that Firefox has been erased from my Windows 11. I need to get Firefox back into my Windows 11. There is nothing I did to cause FF to be erased. Windows had an update and after that the FF was gone.

I want to remove Paypal from my Mozilla VPN subscription and add a credit card, but I can't figure out how to add a payment method.

I tried removing Paypal, but it forced me to restore Paypal as the payment method.

why every time i open Firefox is go straight to signalqueryhub instead firefox. And how i can make it like normal(open Firefox and straight to Firefox instead of signalqueryhub).

Roughly one third of my bookmarks all changed to sites I have visited recently. They still have the same labels, but when I click on them, they just take me to some random site I've visited recently.

I turn that off and still no Twitter and your system turns it back on again all by itself, your settings are doing what they want to do, not what I SAY to do. Now, I cannot get into Twitter.

I open Firefox, my browser, then I type in the site I want to open. It opens fine, however, when I try to open another site I want to open nothing happens except a little dot in front of the requested site keeps going back and forth, but nothing opens. I then have to close the browser, re-open the browser and key in the site I want. WHY? What am I doing wrong. Please keep in mind that I am not a computer savvy person and don't understand much about them. I do know however that Firefox used to work on my computer before update 150 and 151 were downloaded without a hitch. I have tried everything I could think of to fix the problem without success. I am beyond frustrated and need this fixed.

Recent builds have changed the way that the user can direct queries to the various search engines that can be added (i.e. eBay, Wikipedia, IMDB etc) - to a new configuration that is awkward and forces more clicks.

Here is the method that currently allows reverting to the previous approach :

Posting this for increased visibility for folks encountering the issue and in the hopes that Mozilla will consider not degrading a well-performing interaction pattern

I have always accessed my LinkedIn account on Firefox. Suddenly today, my PW does not work, and my email address for PW reset does not return a PW reset link. Cleared cache without success. I can access LinkedIn on Chrome. Can you suggest what I have done to my Firefox to cause this? Thanks!

After a few minutes, text searches in the address bar unpredictably stop working. This might happen right away, or it may take a while. The result is always Secure Connection Failed The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified.

Here are the problems that I encounter literally every day: Randomly unable to access GMail: account selection entry screen does not respond, or drop-down account selection when logged on does not respond. Randomly unable to access URLs embedded in emails. Browser locks up unpredictably. Videos in Facebook randomly fail to render: the audio plays, but the bottom half of screen completely blanks. Randomly unable to access websites in general: "secure connection failed". Randomly refuses to search for terms entered in the address bar, with "secure connection failed". Widgets on web pages randomly fail to respond.

I'm using the VPN that comes with my AV package, and turning it off makes everything work again. However, I'm certainly not going to turn off part of my web protection (which I am paying for) in order to get Firefox to perform basic browser capabilities. TBH, all of this started when Firefox started aggressively promoting their own VPN, so it's quite tempting to put two and two together.

I would prefer not to resort to Edge or Chrome, but at this point I don't see an alternative as they do not have these problems and Firefox has basically become unusable.

Just made a new profile and wiped everything from my history following another issue which isn't strictly speaking resolved. I am unable to load image-dense websites with any consistency. Issues do not occur on other browsers. I receive similar errors on Twitch:

Settings/Privacy and Security/Enhanced tracking selections/Advanced settings/Manage exceptions is not functioning properly. Every site that I have saved as an exception initially fails to do two things when the site is loaded. First, the site blocks content as if it is not an exception, and then it refuses to completely load the page. This requires me me to X-force the page to finish loading, and then I have to refresh the page by loading it a second time before the exception operates properly. This behavior is precisely the same on every exception website I have entered. Definitely some bugs at work here.

" I contacted United Health Care (UHC) regarding their menu disappearance and treated it like error on my end until I discussed doing their recommend fixes and the only ones that worked are going to other Google or Micro-Soft supported browsers. FireFox was working fine until three weeks ago. What's up, is it FireFox or UHC?

I'm aware that Firefox VPN comes with a 50 GB/month data limit. Having used it recently, I'm not finding anything that indicates how much data I have left for the month, and I haven't found anything pertaining to this under Settings or the FAQ.

So I just upgraded my pc and it bricked my windows and to reinstall, I forgot to save the Firefox data before doing so because I thought it wouldn't cause any issue, well, now all my bookmarks etc. are gone and I'm wondering if there is some sort of backup somewhere saved by Mozilla in the cloud.
