my page slider bar has shifted from the right side to the left side. Weird and I'd like to move it back?

The page scrolling bar that you can drag up or down to view content is normally on the right side. Today it shift to the left side which is odd. I'm right handed and I'd like to change in back. Not sure why it did this in the first place. Any command to enter to do this?

Set the pref layout.scrollbar.side to '2' to place the scroll bar at the right side if the default value 0 isn't working.
