When using Hotmail and typing the text of an email, each time the apostrophe is used, Firefox opens the Quick Link Find bar instead of typing the apostrophe. Is it possible to turn this feature off or assign it to a different key?

  • Make sure that "Search for text when I start typing" is not selected (in "Tools -> Options -> Advanced -> General")

Thanks for the help. I intend to redefine the keys calling up "Find" and "Find Link" when I get a few minutes. The link provided explains how to do that.
