The send tab is missing

I am not able to send an email. The send tab is hidden or missing. Tried restorying it but it did not work. Please HELP.

  1. click 'new message' button
  2. if menu bar is not visible press the alt key
  3. then, click view>toolbars and tick 'composition toolbar'
