I'm getting my address bar redirected to "tracksearching.com" cannot make it go away.

I installed a "messenger app" and it was obviously malicious... I uninstalled everything I could find, but I still am having my address bar hijacked, every time I enter something, it redirects me to "tracksearching.com" I've installed and ran Malewarebytes, Avast, AVG, and Windows Scanner, nothing picks it up or changes anything. I need help! Obviously something is still manipulating my key entry.

If you restart into Troubleshoot Mode (from Help menu) does it still happen?

No: probably an addon was installed, look into removing the ones you don't recognize

Yes: maybe your search provider was changed — if you click the dropdown under the search icon in your toolbar you'll get a Settings link in there that you can use to examine the list of search engines, remove any unwated ones, or reset to the default ones.

Do you only mean search terms, or if you literally type firefox.com and navigate to it from the address bar you're still taken to the malicious site?
