Hacked accounts need to secure it from hackers who installed malware

I’m not a user I’m the owner and admin of the account

My work Gmail is totally vanished I m trying to regain access of my account it’s Afghanistanuniquetours@gmail.com. Please help me recover my account back and remove all users and linked devices from my accounts .
