Firefox won't open any pages or links.
I've followed all the recommendations. Problem still happens in troubleshooting mode as well. Doesn't allow sign in either. Have reloaded all C++, uninstalled, reinstalled, restarted. No links or pages will open.

Are you running pro or home version of Windows? If pro, you should have sandbox enabled for testing. https://www.howtogeek.com/399290/how-to-use-windows-10s-new-sandbox-to-safely-test-apps/
Any error messages when trying to open Firefox? Try a different version and also install in a different directory. https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/channel/desktop/
