Hi, I'm a paid subscriber of Mozilla VPN. It works on my laptop but doesn't turn on on my android. It says denied by the server. It's not a first time happening I also tried last week and it was a same result than. Can anyone plz help what to do? Cheers

Hello,

Most apps require that users grant them certain app permissions in order to function properly. Try going into your Android settings and find the Mozilla VPN and allow it to do whatever it needs to do, otherwise, the application won't work. You can follow these steps:

1. On your phone, open the Settings app. 2. Tap Apps & notifications. 3. Tap the app you want to change. If you can't find it, first tap See all apps or App info. 4. Tap Permissions. If you allowed or denied any permissions for the app, you'll find them here. 5. To change a permission setting, tap it, then choose Allow or Deny.
