Filter Edit Window Too Small and Won't Scroll

For the first time in some time I had to edit some filters, and now that I am running 78.1.1 that is a problem. Some of my accounts have filters that contain many entries, and now when I need to edit filters the window for that will not let me reach the lower entries. There is no scroll bar or other way to reach the lower entries, and the window cannot be dragged to reveal those lower entries, so there is no way to edit some entries or to add new entries.

Problem solved - I figured out that I had to manually resize the filter rules window, and then I can navigate through the rules and make the changes that I need to make in the rules for that filter.
