My Firefox Focus shortcuts that I added to home screen all disappeared when uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Is there a way to get them all back?

I failed to concider the possibility that this could happen. I lost multiple shortcuts that I used from my home screen, some on a daily basis, for both work and personal, and many were links to articles that I haven't read yet. I don't remember what they all were as I relied on the shortcuts to remember. I appreciate any help. Thanks
