how to import bookmarks

It is not possible to import the bookmarks from a html file automatically.

You can place the file on the phone's storage and then navigate to the file from 'file:///sdcard/'. That should allow you to view the bookmarks html file and then you can open the links in new tabs and bookmark the items manually.
