It's Mac OSX Language & Region setting. Go to the Systems Preferences/Language & Region /Advanced select Restore Default. Email receive Date display back to normal.

It's Mac OSX Language & Region setting. Go to the Systems Preferences/Language & Region /Advanced select Restore Default. Email receive Date display back to normal.
