How to recover "Sent" e-mails when getting a new computer with Microsoft 10 and Thunderbird files were saved?
I need a contact who can recover my Thunderbird "Sent" files by someone from Thunderbird or Firefox. If there is no "Help" support from the company, pl;ease advise.

Tell us what you have done so far. What were these "Thunderbird files" that were saved?
If you had properly copied all of your profile then the Sent folder would be present. So it seems likely that "Thunderbird files" didn't include your complete profile.
Have you actually set this up on the new computer yet?
