You can change it back by going to:
- Tools (or
) > Options > Applications
- Scroll to the Content Type that you want to change back
- Under the "Action" Column, change to "Always Ask"

If you can't find it there then you will have to rename (or delete) the mimeTypes.rdf file in the Firefox profile folder to reset all file actions.
