http://xo-selena.net/ as well as many other fan sites have custom thinner website styled scrollbars that chrome and the Opera(Chrome) will recognize. for me it make Firefox feel slightly old school.

You can use JavaScript if it's that important to you.

There's no way in Firefox to style the scrollbars using CSS only.
