The Earthlink webmail site does not allow me to scroll on my messages. It just freezes. I have refreshed , logged out and in several times, still doesn't work. The site works fine on Chrome but I prefer Firefox. How do I fix? All other sites on Firefox have no problems. Windows 11

Good day. For the last week or so, I've not been able to access my banking website login page. I've tried in Chrome, it works, but I prefer not to use that browser. I can get to the primary website, but when I choose the log in page, I just get a blank page. I've not had this issue before and I've been using Firefox and the same bank for years. Do you have any suggestions as to how I fix this?

How do I resolve scrolling issues (unable to scroll) on many websites. AI recommendations of clearing browsing history and cache have not been effective. Scrolling is possible using Google Chrome.

My Earthlink email will not scroll. I have tried talking to Earthlink, but they say it is probably a browser problem. Here is my conversation with them, so that I don't have to re-type everything.

All of a sudden images don't load, flashing black/white, other browsers works fine, I've tried every ordinary suggestions, (can't login to gmail, other Google functions don't work). Seems to be something wrong with flash or other add-ons in Firefox, I haven't changed anything, just Firefox not working.

From Firefox, I have launched Earthlink Web Mail. When reading an email, scrolling doesn't work. It worked yesterday from firefox. It works today on Edge. It works today on my Android phone.

Also, I get stuck on some sites or error yet I worked day before or earlier in day and then again worked later by even 1-5 minutes.

I tried working with Earthlink support, but cannot get my mouse to work correctly in their webmail. This problem just started a couple weeks ago, and today it will not scroll at all. I opened the webmail in Edge and got it to work. There is a glitch somewhere.

I wanted to register a hose reel. I have attached the information provided for registering the product.

When I entered the URL shown on the card stating that the page could not be displayed. I don't remember the error exactly. The strange part is that I could go to the home page, but if I selected the registration option I got the error. So it made no difference how I tried to go to the registration page I got the same error.

I was about to call the manufacture when I decided to try Microsoft Edge. To my surprise the web page opened and I completed the registration.

After completing the registration I went back to FireFox to get the error for this question. To my surprise the web page opened correctly.

Can you explain what is going on and what I should do if it happens in the future?

When I open my Earthlink email in Firefox there is a box at the top that says "Enhanced by Google" and the screen won't scroll. I talked to Earthlink support and they said it's a Firefox problem

Two out of three banks/financial institutions that I deal with have said in the past week that if I want to use their websites, I should use Google Chrome. They don't outright say that they don't support Firefox, but that I will "get better results" if I use Google Chrome. Better results, like being able to login to their website (Bank 1: infinite reload of login page), or accessing some of their page (Bank 2: Some pages work, some say I have to sign in when I'm already signed in).

The communications with these banks occurred in the past week (Bank 1), and today (Bank 2). This was after months of their websites not working in Firefox.

While trying to use the bank websites: Windows 11, one year-old computer. Latest version of Firefox, 64 bit (150.0.0, then 150.0.1), "refreshened", cache cleared, cookies and site data cleared, Enhanced protection off, and Troubleshooting Mode off. Everything possible that can be done.

If banks don't want to make their websites usable with any browser other than Google Chrome, I can hate that, but I don't have a choice. I've used and recommended Firefox from its beginnings, but now I will have to give it up.

Maybe there is an easy way to keep everything synchronized between Firefox and Google Chrome so I can use one or the other in different situations, but it is frustrating for that to be necessary. There are other websites that I've encountered that have problems working with Firefox, but they were not necessary websites to use.

We have been using Firefox for a long time as our default browser. Recently (last 6 months +-) we have been encountering links in some websites that do not function in Firefox, but work fine with other browsers (Chrome, Edge). First noticed it with Wunderground Weather Underground after a Firefox update. Some aspects of the site simply did not work on our laptops. Since then we have encountered a number of other websites that have clickable links that do not work with Firefox, but work fine with other browsers.

We are losing confidence, to the point of considering switching default browsers.

Are others having the same issues, and what is Mozilla/Firefox planning to do to remedy these sorts of issues?

Hi, I can no longer login using Firefox (latest version for my mac 154.0) into a website that I had no issues logging into until now. Nothing that I am aware off changed on my computer during the last few months. I turned off protections for the website, but it doesn't help. It just sits there, no error message.

I can login into the same website, with the same exact credentials using Safari.

Any idea why this might happen? Does anyone else experiences the same?

I cannot open any files on my Google Drive from one email account. I've tried opening troubleshoot mode, signing out of all accounts, clearing cache... but nothing works. I don't really know what's causing the issue because my Google Drive works fine on Safari. I'm lowkey getting really annoyed because my drive hasn't been able to work for a week... This issue occurs for both windows and mac OS.

Bank of America: I can log in and get to the accounts overview, but as soon as I click on an account I'm kicked back to the login screen. The BoA phone app works fine and so does Edge.

I play https://crazyshooters.com/ and https://crazyshooters2.com/ a lot! But the game became laggy since Firefox 148 and my ping spikes up. Other browsers play fine. I am on Linux Mint if that helps. (147 and below run fine)

Log in pages won’t load on https://activelife.gladstonego.cloud/ (Gladstone go) using Firefox 154.0 (75837).

It previously affected M&S too but this seems to have been resolved.
