I just downloaded the latest FF having had an old account. Working fine but I continually get a message that I am on windows 10, which is wrong. I am on Windows 11. The message has worn out its welcome. Is there a way to fix this.

I frequently get a notification that an update failed to install and to install it manually. When checking the update section in the settings I see "Restart Firefox to install update". After restarting, the same section shows "Applying update..." but never finishes. This has been happening for a while and it's becoming very frustrating. Any help is appreciated.

One more thing that may be related: sometimes when launching Firefox, the window will pop up for a split second then close and I have to launch it again. This usually happens on a cold start.

Ctrl key is shrinking my pages , unable to use any shortcuts due to it. Happened just now after the newest update to 152.1. It happens on every page. Also Login drop-down won't stay open long enough to select anything, it open and immediately closes.

Since the last update when I go to YouTube and I choose my Home or YouTube icons so I can watch videos I will see the list of videos they are offering for just a flash and then they disappear. I still have all the things across the top and down the left side of my screen that YouTube always shows, but there are no videos to be seen. It's just white space. After turning off different items in my Malwarebytes to see if it was a problem with them (which it did not seem to be), I decided to try YouTube on Safari to see if it was a FireFox issue. YouTube worked perfectly on Safari. I've been looking through settings to try and figure this out, but I'm having no luck. Any suggestions are appreciated.

I have gone to Menard's several times and have tried to open a dog kennel item so I could see it bigger and in a single item view. Nothing happens when I click on it like it did before this last update!!!!!!!!!!! I get so tired of these program people change so much that i mess up how a person had used the software before they mucked it all up!!!!!!! In the last week I had the Firefox update, and two others an all of them have been changed so drastically nothing works like it did before the updates. MY REQUEST IS LEAVE IT THE SAME AND DON'T MESS WHEN HOW WE HAVE BEEN USING THE PROGRAM UNLESS WE WANT THE NEW UPDATE!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am using Firefox on Ubuntu Linux. When I open WhatsApp Web, it does not work correctly. The page may not load properly or login does not complete. On one frequently used website "objectremover.com", Firefox always fails to load the site, giving this error message "This page couldn’t load, Reload to try again, or go back." There is never any indication of why the page could not be loaded. We are on Windows 7 and extended Firefox release. This site could always be loaded in Firefox until one of the most recent updates. This problem has happened on more than one of our computers, yet the site always loads without a problem on Chrome. If this is caused by one of my settings being too strict, is there a way to put in an exception for this site?

I wanted to completely removed Firefox because i had some issues. Instead om removing I probably refreshed FF.

Can somebody help with?

1. How to remove old FF data which is placed on my desktop and blocked for removal by admin rights. 2. How to completely remove FF without leaving any data (profiles, extensions)

I have tried to find this answers in the help sections but I was not able to find the solution for my situation.
